A dedicated adjuster is assigned to your claim to determine the cause and amount of loss or damage, as well as next steps.
Adjuster reviews the information and details gathered to determine what is covered under your policy and if any deductibles apply.
Once coverage is confirmed, your adjuster will provide you a list of preferred vendors, who have been vetted based on quality workmanship, to help with repairs.
After repairs have been completed and lost or damaged items have been replaced, your adjuster will contact you regarding the settlement of your claim.

If anyone is injured or if it is an emergency, call 911 for police, fire department or medical assistance
If a theft has occurred, please contact the police, and file a report
If you can safely do so, try to prevent further damages from occurring or protect undamaged items
Describe the damages and loss to your home, property, and personal belongings
Take pictures or videos, if possible, to capture the damage
Do not dispose of any damaged personal property before notifying Max Insurance
Keep any receipts for temporary repairs, additional living expenses or other claims related costs
