Refund Policy

If we owe a credit to one of our policyholders, the credit will (1) be applied to any outstanding balance owed on your Billing Account Statement with Max Insurance, and thereafter, (2) any remaining credit amount will be refunded to you; provided that, if you elected to authorize monthly payments on the current pre-authorized payment form you entered into with Max Insurance, such credited amount may be applied to upcoming monthly payments incurred in accordance with your insurance policy purchased with Max Insurance.
