By using the Max Insurance website or by choosing to submit personal information through either an insurance broker or directly to Max Insurance, you signify your consent to Max Insurance’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the following privacy principles.

By applying for insurance, continuing your business relationship with Max Insurance, or by providing Max Insurance with personal information, you provide your consent for the ongoing collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Insurance as described in these privacy principles. In most cases, your consent may be withdrawn with reasonable notice. If you choose to do so, we will explain the implications of withdrawing your consent.

You have the right to request changes if required. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time following receipt of your written request.
